About the event
A thoughtfully composed 6 course tasting experience featuring regional Mexican cuisine and distinctive mezcales from Oaxaca and Michoacan. A menu curated by Executive Chef Adan Moreno, mezcal pairings curated by Darcy Moreno and Chef Enrique Cortes, featuring special guest Teodomiro Santiago Hernandez, founder of Maestros del Mezcal, a Maestro Mezcalero from Oaxaca City. Featuring exclusive agave varietals, and the iconic Chile en Nogada, among other specialties for this one-night-only event! Chemex-brewed specialty coffee from Chiapas, Mexico presented by 606 Coffee Roaster and prepared by owner Alberto Boleres.
