Join us for an immersive, thoughtfully paired, five-course tasting experience showcasing the vibrant soul of regional Mexican cuisine thoughtfully paired with distinctive varietals from the Tres Raíces winery located in Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Mexico.
This unforgettable evening features a menu crafted by Executive Chef Adan Moreno, with wine pairings curated by Darcy Moreno and Chef Adan Moreno. We are honored to welcome special guest Mau Lezama, sommelier of Tres Raíces, who will guide guests through each pour with expert tasting notes, personal stories, and deep insight into the winemaking traditions of Guanajuato. Featuring exclusive wine pairings, limited-availability wines, and a culinary journey designed specifically for this event among other specialties for this one night only event — once its over, its gone.
